Last month we were kept busy with the Vertex 3, the latest enthusiast SSD from OCZ. Now we are please report that we have ended up with their latest mainstream model: The Agility 3.
You might remember its predecessor from our previous RAID-0 test and today we will see how this latest model of this series can keep up with its high performance brother.
Like the Vertex 3 it is still able to display incredible speeds that come close and sometimes surprisingly even outperform the Vertex 3 by a fraction. The
Agility 3 might be classified as lesser version of the Vertex 3 but still delivers exceptional performance.
Also keep in mind that the Agility 3 like OCZs other products is highly reliable in the sense that all products are covered by an extended warranty and developed using proprietary technology. This aspect is mostly highlighted in enterprise products that include the Virtualized Controller Architecture.
The price is an absolute steal and therefore it deserves our Good Price award.
