In spite of the test benchs suboptimal controller the Vertex 3 240 GB shows a clear trend in performance. Compared to the previous generation of SandForce SSDs and the Intel 510 it performed very well. Especially in the everyday usage like copying files, launching programs, or booting the operating system it shows a stable performance.
In conclusion we can say that there is again a significant step forward with the Vertex 3 240 GB.
