Comments 4 sockets per processor. Four single ranked DIMMs per processor node yields 2-way bank interleaving. Four dual ranked DIMMs per processor node yields 4-way bank interleaving. Mixing single and dual ranked DIMMs on the same processor node will disable bank interleaving. Kits must be installed in decreasing capacity with the largest kits installed in the Banks furthest away from each processor.
