It's been a while since we tested the first OCZ Agility drive. The year was 2009, and SSDs were not yet as widespread as today. Now their presence has increased and even though it is still considered a luxurious product more and more users have them. Today we test the OCZ Agility 3.
As expected the Agility series has come a long way over time and gradually increased in performance with every generation. The combination of SSD’s and the SATA 6 GB/s is a match made in heaven and makes us very happy.
The Agility 3 is able to provide us with good speeds in virtually every situation. It is even getting close to reaching the SATA III limit. This already gives us a glimpse of what is still to come in the future. The Agility 3 meets all of our expectations and even exceeded some of them. At its current price it is a great SSD and therefore we give it out “Good Choice” award.
